- Noise Restrictions: All outdoor music must conclude by 1:00 AM to comply with local noise ordinances, while indoor music may continue until closing time.
- Curfew: The venue rental includes a hard stop 30 minutes before your event end time. Extended hours may be available with prior approval and additional fees.
- Vendor Load-In/Out: Vendors a

- Vendor Load-In/Out: Vendors are allowed access to the venue for setup at 11:00 AM on the day of the event. All teardown must be completed by 1:00 AM or your approved end time.
- Decor Limitations: Use of open flames, confetti, and certain types of décor may be restricted to ensure safety and venue preservation. All décor must be approved in advance.
- Pyrotechnics: Use of fireworks is allowed on the premises as long as a burn ban is not in place in Grayson County and fireworks are over 100 feet away from any building, vehicle or guest. Venue only allows "cold sparks" to be used inside the venue.
