Most all-inclusive wedding venues in DFW quote a package price only after a sales call. At Primrose Hill the add-on menu is public: you can price catering, a DJ, photography, a photobooth, and a day-of coordinator for your guest count tonight, then tour with real numbers in hand.
Every service is optional. Bundle all of it with us for a single point of contact on the day, pick the two or three you want, or bring your own vendors under our open vendor policy. Venue rental is quoted at your free tour as one transparent number, with no service fees hidden inside it.

Bundled vs. Booking Separately
Why Couples Bundle at an All-Inclusive Venue
Fewer invoices you didn't see coming. Tables, chairs, and linens for 100+ guests typically cost $1,500–$3,000 to rent separately (industry estimate). Here they come with the venue.
Station-style catering. Plated catering from outside caterers in DFW commonly runs $40–$75+ per person before service charges (industry estimate); our stations are $20–$31.
One point of accountability. When the DJ, photographer, and coordinator already know the building and each other, the timeline holds. One contract, one coordinator, one place to call.
A whole day, not a time slot. One event per day and a 14-hour weekend rental mean nobody is resetting the room behind you.

All-Inclusive Wedding Questions, Answered
Is venue rental included in the published prices?
No. The add-on services are published at their exact prices, and venue rental is quoted at your free tour as one transparent number, with no service fees hidden inside it, because every date, day of week, and guest count is different. Tables, chairs, linens, both suites, the kitchen, and the sound system are included with every rental.
Do we have to use your caterer, DJ, or photographer?
No. Every service is optional. Our open vendor policy welcomes outside caterers and vendors, so you can bundle everything with us, mix and match, or bring your own team.
Is alcohol included in the all-inclusive packages?
Bar service isn't part of the published packages. You can serve alcohol at your event; a licensed bartender and security are required whenever alcohol is served, so budget for staffing as well as bottles.
How many guests can an all-inclusive wedding have?
Up to 250 guests. Tables, rustic cross-back chairs with cushions, and linens for 250 are included with the rental, plus white resin chairs for outdoor ceremonies.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes: special rates for military service members, teachers, and first responders, plus micro-wedding discounts for intimate celebrations. Discounts can't be combined; ask for current rates at your tour.
Do the all-inclusive packages work for quinceañeras and Indian weddings?
Yes. The same catering, DJ, photography, photobooth, and coordination packages are available for quinceañeras and Indian and South Asian weddings, and our coordinators plan in English and Spanish.
